Summary
The XMLFeed.cs setup was created back in 2008 or 09. It was originally part of another project where I was delving into pulling XML project data with XSL/T, XPath. While most of the project was shelved, this aspect of the project stuck around.
Updated in 2014 to utilize a date time compare. Still bugs me this thing is stuck on framework 2.
